Re:Original Holmes cards

Just checked out a book, "Collecting Photographica" by George Gilbert.
Here is something of interest:
"Underwood & Underwood ... was manufacturing 25,000 stereo views per
day (more than 7 million a year) along with 300,000 stereoscopes 
(viewers) annually."

According ot WIlliam Culp Darrah, in his study Stereo Views, gave this
