I have an unmodified Nimslo plus an adapter from Teco for a 12 inch distance.
It worked quite well for me. This setup only uses the two middle lenses, so
it wastes some film.

I checked the original posting by Hans Gelton of New Zealand. I think he
has a perfect right to take flower pictures in December, just as much as
Gabriel does in June. Furthermore, my wife and I have some roses and salvias
in bloom even though we, unlike Hans, live in the northern hemisphere.
