Belplasca-case wanted

The German dealer who sold me a Belplasca, here in Holland on a 
photographica-market, had promised to send me the case for the camera.
After 3 letters to remember him to his promise I did not receive 
anything.
Is there anybody who is willing to sell a Belplasca-case?
