Reel 3D has the stuff you need. However, I suggest you consider making your
own bar. You can do this for much less then buying a professional.

Purchase from a local builder's supply or good hardware store, a 1-1/2" x
1-1/2" x 10 ft piece of aluminum angle. Cost about $12. Then using a hack
saw and a hand drill make bars to your heart's content! The mount in the
bottom of cameras is a standard 1/4"-20 thread so be sure to pick up a hand
full of about 1" long bolts and some wing nuts to go along with them while
you are at the hardware store. Use a file or some fine sand paper to dress
up the edges.

Even if you do not have the tools on hand to do the above, you can buy them
while you are at the store and still be well ahead.

For mounting and viewing, I have settled on 7 perf Albion mounts (from Reel
3D) and a Realist format viewer (from Dr. T, of course!).

BTW, I ocassionaly "screw" my two Cannon T-70s bottom to bottom using a
short 1/4"-20 stud about a 1/2" long with piece of cork gasket material
between so that I can kind of squeeze the last half turn to make things
snug. The camera mounts are on the center line of the lens so this works
even if the rest of the rig is asymetrical.

Of course, you can always do a good job of shoot then shift your weight to
the other foot and shoot again with only a little practice and get good results.

Good luck
