Polaroid slide film...& projecting

Elliot Swanson ,mentioned his experience with the Polaroid slide films...so I
thought I would add my two cents worth.

I really like the results of this B & W slide film.....but boy the emulsion
was soooo fragile.  The results....although grainy...were really
neat....especially shooting industrial secnes...which I like a lot.

I also used it to shoot some dog images on a Maine Lake in a classic setting
and the film really enhanced the rustic nature of the scene...

That was back in 1990 that I did this...and as I recall...the problem was
that you cannot project the polaroid film...because the emulsions compostion
is such that it causes the polarizers to not function ...and I dfont know the
technical reason why...but the images would dshowe upo double on the screen,
even with glasses on.  

I am just trying Agfa Scala film now.....from what I have seen from the B & W
works of Frank Flocks, Bob Bloomberg, and Eric Drysdale.....I am suitably
impressed with this film....we'll see
