Please don't everyone scream at me at once...but I took a pen knife and cut
a trough in the black plastic on my Sunpak flash's bottom that leads to the
contact.  That allows me to force the flash onto the Realist shoe with its
big bump.  Once it's on, it stays on.  Takes a little force to get it back
off.  Works for me.  I can hear the screaming now.  Dick Wood
