Archive vs auto-responder

I've often spent hours trying to find information on the search
engine but didn't happen to use the right search words.  If there
were a list of Topics with guaranteed results, those without WEB
access and those who don't know enough about 3D to know what to 
search for would get on their stereo feet more easily.
