Sell-3d

George,

It wasn't until just now that I actually sent a letter to subscribe to
sell-3d. Each time someone mentioned it, I realized I didn't know how to
do it; and while I could have gone back and researched when it first was
announced, I really appreciated your letter telling how to do it.

Now, I would definitely like a copy of your Realist book that you just
mentioned. Shall I wait for sell-3d to come up, or can I order it from
you directly? You said, "If you take out $1 for shipping, we are left
with $4/copy for a possible sale of 10 copies (that's how many I made)
which barely covers my copying costs and effort (at minimum wage) to put
this information together."  From this I am guessing it is $5.00.

I think it's ridiculous for anyone to worry about the copyright laws
when you print something, quote the source if you can, and sell the
result of your research. Look at all the books that are published with
lengthy bibiographies. Do they get permission to use each and every one?
(Maybe they do. Does anyone know?)
