Kodak Stereo wind problem

I recently acquired a Kodak Stereo camera that often, but not always, gets
stuck while winding. It's not a terrible problem, because all I have to do is
give the dial a slightly firmer twist and it winds to its position. Is there
any way to correct this problem, or is it to be expected with this camera?
