NSA SEATTLE

We are starting to plan our trip this June/July to the NSA.  Since we have
never been in that part of the country before, we would like travel tips,
locations, small inns, etc.  We would like to add a few days either before,
after or both to the convention.  We would like to see a part of Canada
also.  

Please send me directly or post on the board for everyone, any information
and tips for people going to the NSA.  We would like to stay and some nice
inns with great food, views, relaxation and sightseeing.  Can we fly into
Washington and back via Calgary?  Weather tips.... Should we rent a
car......train trips into Canada.....the ferries.....the
islands........Where to go....Where to avoid (I don't like large crowds of
tourists and over commercial stores, but do like nature and some tourist
stuff).
