Rubber-band twin'ed Polaroid cameras were used at the last Cascade
Stereoscopic Club meeting.  Turn-around was a minute or so (viewer
used doesn't require mounting, the two prints just sit on a ledge
and develop while you view it).  

Does that count?  Pretty close to *instant* gratification.  :-)
