sell/tech-3d

3 weeks ago I tried to subscribe to tech-3d without any results. Since
then until yesterday I thought that tech-3d was just a joke (non
existing newsgroup). I guess I need to try to register again.

Now seriously. Is tech-3d being archived like all P3D digests?
I am sure many 3D'rs may want to search for some very detailed
technicalities at least once.

Sell-3d (I know the thread expired - I am always in a catch-up
mode) is my 3d life line. Only after its creation I was finaly
able to get all 'toys' I needed to fully enjoy this hobby.
Nowhere else I was able to find such diversified source for 
so reasonably priced stereoscopic items. Sell-3d separation
from P3D keeps buying/selling away from information exchange
in a simplest way. I don't think if I would like to play with

additional filters to cut it out; I am too busy with other
technicalities in my life. Even if sell-3d has the same number
of subscribers as P3D, it will not be duplication/redundancy.
These two newsgroups have completely different purpose, at least
in my opinion. As many other stated, modes of registration
are different, too. When an offer is posted and you want to grab
it, timing is everything (ACK mode). The theory/experience sharing
can wait till supper time (digest mode). It can't get easier than
that.
