Flat black paint

What I am finding (with the advice of my co-worker) is that Tester's
flat black enamal, which is quite glossy, can be made really flat by
adding about a quarter  to a half teaspoon (1 - 2.5 ml) of cornstarch 
to the paint and enough thinner to get it to the desired consistancy.

Give it a try, you might like it?  You'll only be out $1.25 (assuming
you already have Cornstarch at home)
