Belplasca problem

I've put this out privately to a few individuals, and have received some
advice. Now I'll throw it out to the group, and see if I can get
additional advice that might be of use to others on the list:

I've damaged the advance mechanism on my Belplasca. The sprocket mechanism
that is engaged by the advancing film now free-wheels hopelessly. Can
anyone suggest a repair person and/or procedure
for this camera?
