Dear Customer,

Thank you for your inquiry concerning our company products and services.
The professional photographic market has always needed a photographic
system for creating high quality lenticular pictures at a reasonable cost.
The advertising world dictated a need to computer generate images. With
this in mind, we have developed a variety of Photographic Systems,
Computer Hardware and Software to meet these diverse requirements:

COMPUTER GENERATED IMAGING
1. Flip Image: Two images or more that alternate back and forth between
each image depending on the viewing angle. The images will change as the
viewer moves from side to side (such as walking by) on a vertical
lenticular screen or as the viewer approaches the image head on from the
front (as walking up to the image) on a horizontal lenticular screen.
Examples: A scene that goes from day to night; a sign that changes
messages or alternates between two languages; a picture with words that
appear and disappear; a old and new picture of the same scene. Flip
Images can be prepared from any two dimensional image.

2. Digital Dimension Image: We create fully rendered images from a 3D
computer models that shows not only depth of the scene but also reveals
side perspectives to create the illusion of totally real and solid objects.
Examples: A logo that appears to be floating in space; a product that
seems real enough to touch; a preview of a building that looks like it is
already built.
A Digital Dimension Image can be created from existing 3D modeled files or
custom image created according to the client's design using available
photographs, drawings or a concept as a reference.

3. Animation/Morph Image: An image in which any element appears to move
or change from one viewing angle to the next.
Examples:  A globe that spins;  a logo that changes from metal to marble;
text that zooms in to the viewer;  a face that changes from young to old;
water that appears to flow.
Animation/Morph Images can be created in either Digital Projection or
Digital Dimension formats and have similar image requirements. They can
also be created directly from film or digital files of an existing animated
sequence.

4. Virtual Replay: This process replays up to ten seconds of motion (250
frames) back to your eyes by simply rotating the lenticular picture. The
PRO-3D-VIEW can also be used to create a Virtual Replay lenticular image by
recording the frames displayed on a high resolution computer monitor.
Examples: A sports personality in motion; a famous scene replayed from
any movie ever made.
Virtual Replay can be created directly from any video, laser disc, motion
picture film, CD or digital files of an existing animated sequence.

The following are the PREFERRED FORMATS for images and files for COMPUTER
GENERATED IMAGES. Additional formats are continually being added so please
inquire if you have special requirements.

Artwork: Transparency or Negative: 4x5, 8x10, 21/4, 35mm and 35mm
motion picture film. A Painting or Drawing on a flexible surface.

2D Digital Files: Most formats supported including TIFF, PICT, TARGA,
PHOTOSHOP, SCITEX CT, IFF, PICS, BMP and EPS. We prefer uncompressed
files if media allows and we also support JPEG, Quicktime, LZW and most
common compression schemes.

3D Digital Files: We accept fully modeled scenes in IMAGINE, TRUESPACE,
ELECTRIC IMAGE and LIGHTWAVE formats. Object data is also accepted in
IGES, DXF, EPS formats.

Digital Media: We accept Syquest 44 & 88 MB, CD ROM, MAC, JAZZ and PC
formatted 3.5" floppy disks. CD ROM is preferred.

Video Media: We accept VHS, SVHS, U-MATIC, BETA II, BETA III and Laser
Disk.

PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGING
1. The PRO-3D-VIEW SYSTEM is the finest and most advanced lenticular
photographic system ever developed in the world today! This system was
designed to take an instant variable pitch interleaved lenticular picture
(without any special processing) for less than $10.00! The film taken with
this system can be enlarged to create a 4 x 8 foot or larger lenticular or
barrier strip image. The exposure ranges from 3-180 seconds for tungstem
lighting and tenth's of a second for strobe. A Polaroid version is also
available! This system creates a variety of lenticular pictures to
include: 3D, 3D with Animation, Lenticular Video from 10 to 250 frames
of Animation (known as Virtual Video TM and Virtual Replay TM), Computer
Generated 3D/Animation, Computer Generated Morphing, 2-4 Flip etc. We
lease the PRO-3D-VIEW for $25,000.

2. The PRO-3D-INTERLEAVER has three configurations. The basic
PRO-3D-INTERLEAVER is used with any pin-registered enlarger to interleave
images taken with the PRO-3D-AUTOTRAC (or any other track),
PRO-3D-COMPACT, IMAGETECH 5 LENS (any multi-lens camera), Two or more
pictures from any source, computer generated images etc. The second
version is used with the PRO-3D-VIEW CAMERA to combine images directly off
a copy board or computer monitor. This system is also used to create
Lenticular Video from 10 to 250 frames of Animation (known as Virtual Video
TM and Virtual Replay TM), Computer Generated 3D/Animation, Computer
Generated Morphing, 2-4 Flip etc. We currently lease three versions of
the PRO-3D-INTERLEAVER. The first version includes the INTERLEAVER BASE
only at $17,500. The second version uses the PRO-3D-VIEW CAMERA only for
$22,500. The third version includes the PRO-3D-INTERLEAVER BASE and
PRO-3D-VIEW CAMERA for $25,000. The film from any of these systems can be
enlarged to create a 4 x 8 foot or larger lenticular or barrier strip
image.

3. The PRO-3D-AUTOTRAC will take 3D or Animated pictures using the
photographers existing camera equipment. We currently lease two different
tracks, starting at $8,500 for the 22 inch and $25,000 for the 20 foot for
five years.

4. The PRO-3D-COMPACT will take an instant 3D or Animated pictures. This
camera is extremely compact and designed to take effortless pictures,
simply frame and shoot. The cost to purchase the eight lens is $4,000 and
$5,000 for the twelve lens version.

5. The PRO-3D-TURNTABLE is used in conjuction with the PRO-3D-VIEW or
PRO-3D-AUTRAC to produce a repeatable and controlled Animated (rotation of
a set or object) sequence when using the PRO-3D-VIEW. We currently lease
this system for $7,500 for five years.

6. The PRO-3D- STAGE is used in conjuction with the PRO-3D-VIEW or
PRO-3D-AUTRAC to produce a repeatable and controlled Animated
(multi-directional movement of a set or object) sequence when using the
PRO-3D-VIEW. We currently lease this system for $7,500 for five years.
