As I recall, Moonlighting was never done in 3D.  The last episode was
suppose to be done with the pulfrich glasses, but it was never aired.

There was a coke commercial which WAS done and shown on national
television.  I saw it, and saw a SuperBowl halftime "Beebop Bamboozled"
show done with Pulfrich.

For pulfrich to work, everything being filmed has to be choreographed
correctly; ie, someone not moving in the wrong direction.

If done right, pulfrich can be a nice effect.  The REALLY nice thing is,
if some people don't know it's in 3D, they won't see a difference,
except for the camera moving from left to right.
