Hale Bopp was 10 times farther away from earth than Hyakutake, so its
relative motion against the background stars was much less.  That's why
it was harder to get a stereo shot of Hale-Bopp.  I got a nice pair of
pictures of Hyakutake with only 20 minutes between pictures, but my
pictures of Hale-Bopp don't show much separation.
