More 3D in the New Hampshire area -- this time on TV.

For those of you who can pick up New Hampshire Public Television
(NHPTV, Channel 11), you may find the following of interest.

    From "This Month on NHPTV"

"Get your special specs and join Fritz Wetherbee for a 3-D look at The
Kilburn Brothers of Littleton May 19."

Here is everthing that the station's newsletter has to say on about
    this program.

    3-D on NHPTV!

for the first time ever viewers will see things in three dimensions on
NHPTV, thanks to a special produced by Fritz Wetherbee. 3D:_The_
    Kilburn_Brothers_of_Littleton on Monday, May 19, 8:30 pm (R 5/23 at 9
pm, 5/25 at 5:30 pm, 5/26 at 8:30 pm nd 5/30 at 9 pm) follows the story
of Edward and Benjamin Kilburn, who opened a photo business in
Littleton, N.H., just after the Civil War. The brothers sold "views of
the White Mountains" to the tourists during the summer and filled
orders through the mail the rest of the year.

While their scenic photo business was growing, a small, inexpensive,
hand-held stereo viewer was invented by Oliver Wendall Holmes. The
general public quickly fell in love with stereo viewing, and before
long the Kilburns became the largest producer of stereo views in
    America.

In his special Fritz includes some of the Kilburns' stereo views, which
viewers can see using standard anaglyphic glasses (one lens red, one
blue). Because other networks are also featuring 3-D programs earlier
this month, 3-D glasses will be available at all Wendy's Restaurants --
hold onto them because they'll also work with Fritz's special. Or you
can get a pair of 3-D glasses by sending an SASE to: 3-D, NHPTV, Box
    1100, Durham, N.H. 03824

    19 Monday

    8:30 New Hampshire Crossroads

3-D: The Kilburn Brothers of Littleton. Put on your stereo
glasses with host Fritz Wetherbee for NHPTB's first production in
3-D and take a look at Littleton, N.H., after the Civil War, when
the town produced more 3-D photographs than anywhere else in the
world. (NHPTV production) R[e-broadcast] 5/23 at 9 pm, 5/25 at
         5:30 pm, 5/26 at 8:30 pm nd 5/30 at 9 pm

NHPTV's web page can be found at http://nhptv.unh.edu although I
couldn't find any more information than what I have included here.
NHPTV does sell tapes, but this show was not included in their
    listings.

Know you know all that I know on the subject. I can't help but think
that they'll do a better job of it than ABC. ;^)
