So it looks like George's message was on the level!
I had wondered if it might be one of those "reverse sales pitches" like
they have on 'home shopping':
   "But wait, Gabriel, do you mean to say that I can get the 3D camera organic
   solvent kit, plus the Samurai ice cream scoop AND the 3D "Macarena Forever" 
   T-shirt, all for the low, low price of just $19.95 plus shipping and 
   sales tax where applicable? That price is much too low - IT CAN'T BE DONE!"

To which there would be a reply:
   "I know it sounds incredible, but we've done it! And if you order in the
   next ten minutes, we'll throw in a piece of extra-long filter paper for
   wiping both of your camera lenses at the same time, and a sample pack
   of Dr. Seymour's cheddar-flavored 3D photographer's chewing gum - the gum 
   that makes your photographic subjects smile and say 'CHEESE!'"

But it looks like it was never to be. (Would have made a great promotion,
though. ;-)
