That's a very confusing statement.... What does "more info on the right
side" means? If the pair is recorded with parallel lenses and has not been
masked in any way (this essentially puts the stereo window at infinity),
then there is a band in the right side of the right image (left slide of
left image) that does not appear in the left (right) image. My converging
the axes or masking the image, one could put the window in the front and
then the previous situation reverses.
To avoid confusion it is best to follow Ken Luker's recommendation which is
always correct and independent of the placement of the stereo window:
>On the right side view, the most distant point will appear to have
