Cleveland stereo club membership

Back on Monday 6/16, DrT wrote a plug for the Cleveland
stereo photo club and its newsletter, and mentioned:

George, for those who might want to become long-distance members,
how does the "one club meeting a year" rule work?  Is that one
per calendar year, one per 12 months or one per club year?  If
someone attends, say in September '97, what is their latest they
can fulfill their once per year obligation without getting the
boot?  July of '99?

Does Detroit have a similar rule?

Also, could you tell us if there will be occasions when the
Cleveland and Detroit meetings will be close enough on the
calendar for a long-distance member to attend both meetings
on one airfare (or drive trip) without having to dedicate over
1 full week to the expedition?
