**** I submit that if you pay close attention, there is a perceptible
enlargement of the window continuously as it recedes into the image with any
chip adjustment. Start by noticing it at the extremes, then follow it back
to more normal placements, until you learn to notice it's change for any
chip adjustment. The perception of it's change in dimension is something of
an illusion but definitely present and not caused directly by window
violations. The violations are present due to how far you have moved the
chips relative to the original geometry. You are using the violations to
help you identify the change at all. That's a good technique, now explore it
further while retracing your steps.
