No Subject

I am preparing a submission to the stereoview competition at NSA. I 
haven't been able to reach Jo Schaffer with my question. Perhaps someone 
here might be able to clarify.

The instructions say that after views are in sleeves with backing cards, 
"All of the views in an individual entry should then be joined together 
with a paper identifying the category, title of entry, & exhibitor's 
name."

I can think of quite a few ways to interpret this instruction. Could
someone who has seen an NSA stereoview competition describe how view are
usually displayed. Are they talking about construction paper? Can I use
paperboard? Any advise will be greatly appreciated.
