Yes, this was one of the main reasons for me buying the Epson 600 and I'm
pleased with the anaglyph output (you can't beat the $300 price). I have
found a *little* ghosting in largely blue areas. Dimension 3's glasses (the
company who made ABC's glasses) takes care of this. The trouble with them
is that they have a 5000 glasses min. order; does anyone know of a company
who is a re-seller for Dimension 3? BTW: I have seen the new Epson Stylus
Photo printer output as well (though have yet to see anaglyph images from
it). I am not sure if its worth the extra money.

If you are at the NSA convention this weekend, I will be doing a workshop
on this subject (with output samples from my printer). My workshop is
scheduled on Saturday at 4:00.
