     I  picked a 500 up a few months ago.  Works like a charm.  Solid.  
Originally sold for more than the TDC.  Even has a little slide out light 
for the projectioninst to preview the next slide.

      As far as I can tell, only handles Realist format, though I 
understand 7 or 8 p adapters can be had.  Can't figure out how to open 
the damn thing to change the bulbs.

    $500 is way high.  Got mine at a used camera store for $250.  At the 
time Dalia had them for $350.
