The inimitable Allan Woods has problems:

There's the problem. For an over-under camera arrangement to work, you need
to take your photographs at two different times, usually within a second or
two of each other, depending upon the subject. You might try setting one
camera slightly back from the other; since you are using fast-moving
photons, the spacial difference should cause a shift in perspective. (This
is not recommended, however, because you will lose the ortho-seat. John B?)

You could try viewing your prints while lying down, on your side.

No. Red and Cyan!!!!!!!
