David Starkman, of our stereo club, does a lot of this kind of work, and
says that other than the stand and the diopter lens, he does nothing
special. The real secret is to pump in lots o' light, and shoot long
exposures. This is to get the f/stop as small as humanly possible, which
gives you the greatest possible depth of field.
