silver screens

1. I used a commercial silver lenticular screen that had miserable
ghosting problems. Obviously, I no longer use that screen.

2. Awhile back, I ran a comparison of the Da-Lite standard silver
lenticular (wide rib pitch - 25 per inch?) and the Da-Lite super
wonderlite (narrow rib pitch - 40 per inch?) I found that the super
wonderlite had a wider viewing angle but less brightness on axis. I didn't
check the two for ghosting, however. It seems to me that a ribbed surface
would reflect light on itself, causing problems. John Berkovitz, any
thoughts on this?
