Probably this is a good guess... It should be noted however that the
price of the Realist was in line with good German cameras of the time.

Perhaps you overpaid for your Coronet?  Don't forget that there are those
who paid over $400 for a Realist 3.5.  The only cameras that appear to have
appreciated the past 10-25 years are rather rare models like Realist Custom
(even the 2.8), Macro Realist, etc.
