Inks for anaglyph printing

I hope I am doing this the right way as it is my first posting to this
newsgroup, although I have been a subscriber for some time and have found
the information fascinating. I am a collecter of antique stereocards and am
looking at printing some in a booklet in anaglyph format.
I wonder if someone could help me find out exactly what inks are required
to print anaglyph images to be viewed either with red/green or red/blue
glasses? Is the ink different depending on whether you use blue or green?
If anyone could advise the PMS colours need in each case, I would be most
grateful. Also, is it possible once you have created a photograpic anaglyph
in Photoshop in the two colours and then converted it to CMYK (four-colour
process) to print an anaglyph using four-colour process?
