Okay I am biting. Send me the particulars. 
The reason I am replying onlist is cause I want to address another
interesting point. You mention they will hold a PSA convention in
Toronto, Canada. Now that's interesting since from what I understood
regarding the NSA conventions, it's kinda difficult to hold them in
Canada, due to cross border crossings and customs difficulties. I
wonder how come the PSA overcomes these obstacles, or is there
something fundamentaly different between the two conventions in 
regards to holding the conventions in Canada?
