There was a write-up about this camera in Stereo World, Jan/Feb97
Volume 23, Number 6 issue on page 33.

It mentions in the article that it basically is two Kodak digital
DC20 cameras spliced and synchronized with a single button release.
It has a lens separation of 100mm. For more info the following
