I certainly saw this in action at the San Jose camera swap a while
back.  Many of the dealers had a copy of McKeown's in their booths.
Of course every item tagged was at the upper end of McKeown's range,
regardless of condition (e.g. a Universal Stere-All with a frozen
shutter for $125).

On the up side, if the authors of the books don't raise their in-print
prices, the dealers shouldn't either. :-)
