JPS and anaglyph format

Marvin, you've missed a very significant point.  The only dedicated JPS
viewer at present is for Win95 only.  Everyone else can only get a
cross-eyed view.

I won't be boring enough to attempt a full list of other systems, but here
are two examples.  Millions haven't, or couldn't, convert from Win3.1 to
95.  And for much of it's history the biggest selling computer
manufacturer was *Apple.*

Until more viewers are written it's still good practice to provide a
choice.
