Kodalux

I too have used Kodak processing and mounting services, both in the past
and recently. It sure was nice in the 70's and 80's when you could take
them to any drug store and get this Kodak service. They always came
back numbered and labeled with the Kodak name and Kodachrome or
Ektachrome. I never remember any matchup or pseudo problems.

I haven't done any stereo in 10 years, so I had to re-discover the
Kodalux option. I must say I like the convenience, even though it is a
long wait. Of the 2 rolls I had done recently, one came back fine, and
the other had 3 pseudo pairs. Fortunately, no mis-matched pairs.

When I initially called Kodalux searching for the information, I
eventually talked to a nice lady who seemed very familiar with the
process. She did explain that it was a manual service. I assumed that
was why they are no longer numbered and embossed with the Kodak name.
