True, but it could be the straw that breaks the camel's back in the
copilation of the CD. Let's get something going first, and then refine
it for future editions... But if the images can be improved - or stored
on the CD without lossy comression or whatever, then by all means make
the improvements. After all, transferring large files from a CD doesn't
cost $$$!

Great - if it can be done. But I see the images as supportive to the
text, rather than the purpose of large numbers of sites. Of course, some
sites ARE largely picture galleries, and these are the ones to
concentrate on first for image improvement.
