That usually means the battery is reversed

What's your question here? It's a solenoid-tripped shutter. No battery, no
shutter.

Anywhere. It's standard c-41 processing like any other negative
film.Lenticular Labs process the same as conventional 35mm. It's just the
printing that's different.
