Sorry and thanks for reminding me... Yes, these work well too.
My rolls come back uncut in plastic sleeves and I can cut a piece
and put it inside the blue foldover.  Works well and you can hardly
see it.  But the slide should not be projected like that!

Believe it or not, it does not bother me that much any more!  I got used to
it and even find it "cute" in some cases... I think Paul said some time ago
that it does not bother him either.  Presumably you could have a real
window with "mirrored" edges.  This is different than the light leak and
fuzzy edges of cardboard mounts that are unnatural.  The edges are  sharp
and clean in RBT mounts. I agree that RBT could fix this problem with a
change in design but perhaps they don't see it as a problem but as a
"feature"?
