P3D multiple mailings

After the very large MIME message earlier today, the mailing list
is having problems (having maxed out the mail spool space on trying
to mail 1,000 copies of it). The system is currently unstable, although
I'm working on it. So if you get multiple copies of things again, please
bear with me.
