They most certainly were a coupple of months ago. I can check the adress
tonight. There based in new York. (Pehaps they can be found in Tim Klein's
"Yellow pages")
Since they're foldable they can be mailed in a simple envelope. The viewer
is coneived in such a way you can even focus by squeezing.
