As I work ont he 3D-CD project, I have had the opportunity to download
the LARGE .tif anaglyph files presented on some of the Pathfinder web
sites. These, when viewed, present fascinating detail of the surface of
Mars. I have really enjoyed looking at some of them... The problem is
that 3 to 5 MB pictures are not _easy_ to get to, download speed wise. I
do have NASA permission to include a few of them on the CD project, so
some of you will see what I mean someday.
To tie this note to SEM bugs, I also have some EXCELLENT SEM anaglyphs
of bugs, etc from Phillips in the UK included in the project... There
really can be fascinating examples of stereo_____ (fill in your own term
of choice) examples of anything, in any medium - There is so much to
enjoy in teh 3D world, why limit yourself? Just wondering out loud...
