P3D 2x2x2 Viewers

In terms of 2x2x2 viewers I mentioned:

- Pinsharp & TV2. from Reel 3-D
- Italian 2x2, is it available?
- Radex, occasionally surfacing in used market
- Burder's custom modification of the Sterolist
- Hugo De Wys' (Netherlands) custom-built

Eric Goldstein reminded me of the:

- Franka available from Reel 3-D or Porter's

And I also remembered a couple more custom-modifications:

- Alan Lewis's, web site?
- Greg Erker's, web site?
- Colin Clay's (described in the "Journal of SS", some time back)

I plan to summarize all the available 2x2 viewers (as you can see, there
are not many), their features, price and availability.  If you have any
information about 2x2x2 custom built and/or commercially available viewers,
please let me know!  I am not very good in digging stuff out of the web so
any references will be greatly appreciated!
