P3D Re: C-3D

I say go ahead and create C3D.  I'll subscribe in digest mode just as I
do to p3d & s3d, read when I can, skip when I can't and post when the
spirit moves me.

The way I see it, the only thing I have to do is set my filters, create
a c3d folder and then read three digests instead of two.  So, whether I
read two p3d digests per day or one p3d and one c3d digest doesn't make
that much difference.
