P3D Kodalux do-not-mount instructions

When I send film to Kodalux that I don't want mounted, not only do
I write DO NOT MOUNT on the mailer, but I tape a piece of paper
around the cassette that also says DO NOT MOUNT.  So far, they
haven't screwed up.
