P3D print sizes

I use my Revere to make Holmes style 3x6 inch (image area, on a 3.5x7
card) b&w stereographs.  I was reading the new Stereo World and saw
mentioned a 6x13 cm format.  Is that for the image or the card?  What
are other common print sizes?  What kind of viewer is needed to view
them?
