P3D Synching Still Cameras

I was talking about synching a pair of point-and-shoot still cameras, not
video cameras.  I have been asked about making a video showing how the
process was done, and I wanted to know if similar project videos exist.  If
this exact thing was done six months ago, then I'll forget it.
