P3D NSA Room reservations.

Greetings Photo-3d:

For your information:

For some reason the rooms allotted for NSA have been filling up
fast at the Richmond Marriott. for certain nights.  This is 
particularly
true for August 5 and 6.  I have called Dennis Flannery in sales and 

have gotten an allotment of 60 more rooms for these nights.
If any of you have been told in the past few days (while
trying to make your reservation) that the hotel is booked up, 
please call them back and try again.  As of this afternoon there 
were rooms available.  I have asked Flannery to monitor this
situation.
