P3D nude processing

I've got to give my point of view on this subject, since I am aware of it from
2 perspectives. I am a Marriage, Family, and Child Counselor (Intern) in
California, as well as having had a professional color lab a few years ago. In
both of these situations the state of California requires individuals to
report any "suspicion" of child abuse. If you do not report you can lose your
license or, in the case of photo labs, your business. Large companies often
have a straightforward policy that if there are any nude pictures of children
they are to be reported. They find this necessary to protect their business.
My advice to photographers is, if you have any questions about how your images
are going to be perceived, develop them yourself.
