Well, I bought a Belplasca in London the other day for £200 - only 1 1/2 times
 the price of the FED that I bought in London 10 years ago...

I have no problems with the FED lenses - they compare very favourably with the
 ones in my Belplascas. But the Belplasca is better built than the FED and  is
 more reliable. I also know what aperture and shutter speed will be used. Which
 is why the Belplasca was the camera of choice when I went to Beijing
 recently...
