address labels to fill the sheet. <<<

Has anyone ever had that happen with an Avery label (after repeated passes
of the same label sheet, with some of the labels removed)?
I would also be slightly concerned if the person printing the labels
forgets to relocate one, and the printer tries to print a label onto
the bare waxed paper. Would that result in toner/ink falling off and
floating around somewhere in the printer, to smear other pages?>>
Well, I have a program called "Labels Unlimited" which easily allows the use
of unused labels on a sheet, and I've never had a problem. If I print onto a
blank space, it does just that. No problem.
Repeated passes through a laser printer should cause problems - it's
officially "not recommended", but I can't remember having had a serious
problem. And inkjet printers don't use heat, so less of a problem. And my
Epson Stylus Color 400 has a nice straight paper path, too.
I use labels from a multiple stationery store called Rymans. They are 30 x
19mm and come 18 to a sheet about 105 x 140mm. This label size fits perfectly
onto a European aperture mount, and 18 aren't too many to do in a session. The
small sheet feeds as well as postcards or envelopes. I have to play with the
margins a bit, and feed the sheets from opposite edges to use all of the
labels...
Hope that helps
